Convenient Access
Most pegs are accessible by car for easy unloading of fishing gear. Three small parking areas are available on site, ensuring your vehicle is never more than 150 yards from your fishing spot.

The Lake
Grand Lac de Roly features a stunning 62-acre elongated reservoir lake, offering a diverse fishing environment. The lake varies in depth from 3 to 11 feet, with an average depth of 6.5 feet. Its varied bottom composition includes both hard and silty areas, with certain pegs providing access to gravel bars and plateaus for an enhanced fishing experience.
The entire site is private, ensuring that only registered anglers and our the estate staff have access. This creates a private and uninterrupted fishing environment, allowing you to fully enjoy your time at the lake.
Pegs
Our venue features 12 well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable landscaped pegs designed with privacy in mind. Each swim is carefully positioned and surrounded by lush vegetation to offer maximum seclusion for anglers.

5 Double-Person Pegs: Pegs 2, 3, 6, 10, and 11 are ideal for two anglers, providing ample space and comfort.

7 Single-Person Pegs: Pegs 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 12 are designed for solo anglers, ensuring a peaceful fishing experience.

Pegs with On-Site Parking: Pegs 7 and 8 offer direct parking access.

Pegs with Nearby Parking (within 20 meters/22 yards): Pegs 6 and 9 have convenient parking close by.

Forest Pegs with No Vehicle Access: For a more secluded experience, pegs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are nestled in the forest and are accessible via a free ferry service.

The Stock
At Grand Lac de Roly, every carp has been meticulously hand-selected on-site by the renowned KingFish Carp Farm. Our stock features exceptionally young fish, chosen for their potential to thrive and grow over the next 20 years.
We’ve carefully balanced our selection to include a range of stunning carp, from robust, high-built specimens to more elongated varieties. Our diverse collection includes scaled carp, mirror carp, leather carp, zip-linears, fully scaled carp, and those with unique and imaginative scale patterns. This carefully curated stock represents the ultimate dream for many fisheries, promising an exceptional angling experience.
Our exclusive stock consists of more than 600 carp and 40 grass carp from 15 to 40lbs.

Compost Toilets: Three compost toilets will be conveniently placed around the lake for your comfort.

Private and Surveilled Site: The site is 100% private and is under constant surveillance, ensuring your peace of mind during your stay.

Weekly Gathering Option: We plan to offer the possibility of organizing a weekly gathering. You can indulge in a delicious dinner served in a common room by the lake, with two menu options to suit different budgets and preferences.
For 2026:

Potential Upgrades: A shower and toilet block may be available, although we cannot guarantee this at present.

Stocking: 50 fresh carp ranging from 25 tot 30lbs to keep things moving
